Participants
Members of MPI work on research and teaching projects exploring global and local factors that enable and constrain cultural production and the processes of resignification and resistance by a varierty of media audiences. The interactions among media, performance, and identity are explored within a number of contextual and conceptual frameworks including regionalism, migration, diaspora, virtual and hpyertextual sapce, cultural anxiety, and policy making.
