Bruce
Bendinger started his career near the top. Within a week of graduation,
he was working for J. Walter Thompson in Chicago. In 1970, he moved
to the Leo Burnett Agency and at the age of 27 he became that agency's
youngest-ever vice president/creative director. Named by AdDay as
among the 100 top advertising executives in the nation, he moved on
in 1979 to Foote, Cone & Belding in Chicago. Now he runs his own consulting
firm and publishing company. Throughout his career, Bruce has been
recognized for a special creative talent and energy. He has also been
active in national political campaigns and various causes. Studs Terkel
interviewed him for the book American Dreams: Lost and Found. |
